Hello,

I use a bp with an adjustable harness, but I'm finally decided to switch to a one piece hog harness.

I like how the Halcyon harness feels - It's firm but not too stiff as compared to the standard 2" nylon.

How does the Diverite polypropylene compare to the Halcyon - is it comparable? I definitely do NOT want it softer than the Halcyon.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I don't know what either are supplying today, but the stuff on the DR plate I bought ~3 yrs ago is fairly soft. It doesn't "roll" or bunch up for me tho and spreads the weight of double 80s well enough (its my MX cave plate).

My diverite webbing was noticeably softer than the standard 2" weight belt webbing I have now. I like the stiffer webbing, it doesn't roll and twist when your gearing up.

Here's what I noticed after taking my fundy class. Diverite is just a touch softer, but its edge tends to fray easily if brush againist velcro hooks. Halcyon's edge is more robust and just as comfortable.

diverite webbing is softer
I had H webbing on my al plate and dive rite on my steel. the dive rite webbing is too soft. i recently took it off and have halcyon webbing on both
