Lake Natoma is a good place for diving on a low-flow day, but snorkeling is pointless.

I've seen swimmers and kayakers in lake Tahoe wear them as well. If there isn't any equipment found, I'd guess he was a swimmer.Chuck Tribolet:Maybe a board sailor? Jet skier? Waterskier? They all wear wetsuits.
