Product designs include detailed electrical mechanisms, electronics, molded plastics, and metals. Accomplished user of process capability studies (six sigma), mold flow analysis, failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and rapid prototyping methods (SLA). Experienced in major tooling purchases, pilot runs and initial product release. Twelve years of detailed AutoCAD experience. Current in AutoCAD 2008. Supervised Catia CAD (parametric 3d) operators.
