Diver operators Isla Mujeres

My wife and I (two novice divers) are going to be in Isla Mujeres for 7 days over the holidays this year. Looking for any comments or suggestions for safe dive operators and 'not to miss' dive sites. We are recently open water certified and looking forward to gaining more experience and exploring the underwater world.

Online looks like two PADI certified dive outfits - Squalo and Aqua Adventure Eco Dives. Read a fairly long review of Aqua Adventures which sounded a bit mixed although generally positive.

Look forward to tips, tricks and advice.
