Diver on Diver Assault!

Has anyone heard about this story yet?! It looks like a diver was having a good time videotaping the coral reef when she came upon a pair of sketchy divers. The video shows someone who cant control thier buoyancy, is illegally spear fishing, or is deliberately damaging the reef when he spots this poor diver. he swims to her as fast as he can and rips this divers reg out of her mouth causing a freeflow. It sounds like she did the right thing and kept her calm while she relied on her training to get air back to her. I'm glad she is okay, but this bonehead deserves to have his C-card revoked and assault charges brought against him. i just couldnt believe another diver could act in such a manner! what do you guys think?
