Peter_C:Maybe we could take up a collection to pay the domain host of his website to keep it up for something like 10 years? My thoughts on the shorter period of time, is because they may change the format shortly and then someone would have to rebuild the webpage. Although with all his photo admirers there should be no problem with collecting quite a few hundred dollars at least.
To be proper his website would need a few changes on the home page, and contact page, so people would understand how important the webpage is.
I don't think that's a problem. AFAIK, the HTML content on Kawika's website is 100%
Kawika's doing. All the provider has to do is to support HTML, and it will work. I've made
a backup to CD for the family. His parents have asked me to make some basic changes
to the home page to explain what happened, and they have the password, so that
should happen in the next few days.
