Nobody is perfect, and people make mistakes, so I like to judge a business by how they react when things don't go right...
I placed an order with Divesports, and ordered a couple spools. When I got it, they had grabbed 160' spools instead of the 100' ones. I was lazy and didn't call them up about it for almost two months. I finally talked to them today, and they squared it away no questions asked. I've had a few not-so-great experiences with customer service, and it is really nice when they give you more than you ask for.
Anyway, thanks for letting me get away with doing as little work as possible.
