What would be a good idea for sharing dive sites with gps locations?
Until a few years ago, gps locations (esp. of wrecks) were kept as secrets. And unfortunately not without reason, with all the illegal salvaging going in Indonesia...

Actually still is.. but I think some of the benefits would be to be able to monitor illegal salvaging as well. If people could post updates on wrecks, or if wrecks disappeared.. there was a dive site in Raja Ampat with a sunken fishing boat, however the current pulled the boat deeper, had I known I won't have wasted fuel and air.. I'm sure many people has done that.

I think secret dive sites should be kept secret, but these are open dive sites commonly found on the internet.. there are so scattered.
