Hello everyone,
I am new here and have been lurking for a little while just browsing the site and taking in all the information I can.

My brother and I plan to get Open Water certified soon and I am looking for suggestions or feedback for any dive shops around St. Clair Shores, MI that would be worth dealing with or staying away from. Thanks for any information you can provide me.

Chris

Hi Chris,

I cannot recommend either of the two shops in St. Clair Shores. I would encourage you to check out either Don at Anchor Bay (New Baltimore), Rick at Bruno's (Clinton Twp), or Pam at Great Lakes Dive Center (Shelby Twp.). All three shops have excellent instructors and will be a wonderful introduction into diving our region. Bruno's offers a dive charter that heads out three times a week and both Great Lakes and Anchor Bay hold regular events in which they encourage local diving. I hope this helps.
