Are there any dive shops that will do a pick up in New Kingston. Will be there on Dec 29, looking to dive either 30, or 31, if possible.

A little late, sorry.
Look up USAC (University SubAqua Club) or JSAC (Jamaica......). At least one of they will be on-line. Failing that contact the Yacht Club and ask. Otherwise I don't think there is an operator anymore, just plenty of people who dive on their own/informally.
