Dive shop/resort recommendation in Koh Tao Thailand?

I don't see anything about Koh Tao on the boards. Does anyone have a recommendation for a dive shop or resort there?

Here's what I'm looking for:

A fun (slightly funky) atmosphere with other things to do in the immediate area. I want a decent, basic room. A 4-star resort is not what I'm looking for.

I'd like to be able to dive Nitrox on some of my dives.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone with experience there.

koh tao has been mentioned numerous times on this board, just do a search on koh tao, you'll find plenty of topic related to this island.

Just returned from a long weekend down there, did a few dives with Crystal Dive resort:

Nice friendly atmosphere, centrally located, good rooms.
