Are there any Dive shops in the Princeville Area where you can rent tanks, weights and get an air fill? I'll be there in late June.

Doesn't look like it, North Shore Divers specifies that they don't.
You'll have to drive down to Seasport in Kapaa - it's their second location.

Most of the dive shops dive at Tunnels Beach on the north shore during the summer. You can always call and ask them if you can rent tanks and if they will bring them up north with them.
Otherwise other then the scuba shop in Kapaa (east side/Seasport Divers) most of the other dive shops are located in Poipu or Port Allen.
