DIVE INSTRUCTOR WANTED for FULL-TIME DIVE SHOP MANAGER position at Discovery Dive World in Valparaiso, FL (Niceville/Ft Walton Beach area). Join the owner in running this thriving business! Help foster new business initiatives currently in play. Expect hourly wage during training period and transition to salary. Salaried pay scale will be commensurate with your contributions to the success of the business…potential to achieve profit-share bonuses. Discovery Dive World is an established (17 years), full service 5-star PADI facility that offers dive certifications, sales and service of leading scuba manufacturers’ diving equipment, local charters, dive travel, and community outreach initiatives. Willing to consider certified divers for management position. No short-term applicants please.
Must have: *Strong organizational skills. *Strong communication skills.*Scuba diving experience. *Strong people skills.
Desired: * IDC (PADI course director), Dive shop management experience.
