If by dive shop you meant an LDS, I'd try XDivers. https://www.xdivers.com.br
If you meant a place to shop for/repair gear, your best bet is SubSub on Rua da Alfandega, but I can't vouch for their English and can guarantee that you'll find the prices anywhere in Brazil to be outrageous.
