Dive shop in Malaysia where everyone goes to, where is it???

Hi divers,

Soon im going to Phuket and i need some equipment. A friend of mine, who was in Thailand for a long time working as an instructor, told me about this dive shop in Malaysia that is supposed to have some good prices.
It is supposed to be just over the border and he told me almost everyone goes to this shop. He doesnt remember the name but i would really like to find out.

Anyone here knows the name of this shop or where it is located??

you take a boat in Kuala Besut to Kecil one of the Perenthian island gor to Coral bay dive shop Steffens.
