I appreciate it Mike. I think to be safe, I will stick with the IQ by OMS.
 
You dont need a plate for this harness. Just attach to a doubles set up. You can use on singles or doubles however, I used this for doubles so it doesnt have the cam bands that you would need for a single tank...but you can buy those separately. Its amazingly stable without the rigidity of a plate.
