Anyone have any opinions about these two light? Is the RX2 really worth the xtra $300?

Before you decide, check out the special that Watershot lights is running. I just bought "2 for the price of 1" and will be diving them this weekend. From what I have seen from assembling them I like them much better than any regular canister design and will have full feedback by Sunday.
