Owner of a Dive Rite wing for a few years (second hand, but perfect state), I noticed that the purge spring was broken.

Searching internet, no dealer in my country. Searching a little bit more, found a call back action from 2009, exactly for this reason : spring could be defective.

I wrote to Dive Rite (thinking that reacting 10 years after, they had all reasons to send me and my old wing to hell...) and received the same day a mail saying they were sending me a replacement spring.

What a service ! This had to be mentionned.
 
As a dealer, we have also found Dive Rite to offer great customer service. You can ask them anything. They are also just nice people.

A couple of times I have even been transferred to Lamar Hires, the owner, to take care of something.
 
Spring received, with a nice Dive Rite flag...

Such a customer service needs to be congratulated !

(and don't think that just a little present will turn me into a fan of their products, no, just considered their reaction)
 
Customer service is my main criteria, other than quality, when considering what and where to buy.

My experience with Dive Rite's outstanding customer service mirrors the others. I was scheduled to fly to the east coast to attend an advanced wreck class. Less than two weeks before my class I talked with Jared Hires at the Long Beach scuba show and asked him if my Voyager wing would work for doubles, and he recommended against it. I had my LDS order a Rec wing for me, gave Jared a heads up about the order. To make sure I had my new wing in time, he just shipped it straight to my instructor in Florida for me, instead of to my LDS, to make sure there were no delays. Great personalized customer service and really high quality well thought out products. And yes, my new Rec wing worked out great for my class, which made my first time in doubles a lot easier than I expected
 
I bought a bunch of Dive Rite gear from Lamar at the Dubai Boat Show. He told me that if I ever had a problem, to contact him directly. I am a lifetime customer.
