Dive Rite 16lb QB weight pocket insert - replacement

I've lost the QB weight inserts for the (older) Dive Rite 16lb QB weight pockets on my TransPac. Does anyone know whether the inserts for current 20lb QB weight pockets will fit or whether there are other alternatives?

As it happens my wife and I have one of each. I didn't try with weights, but at least empty the QB20 inserts seem to fit OK into the QB16 holders.
