Happy New Year!!

Here is our report from the 30th..
Dive Site: Gordo Banks
Max Depth 120ft
Water Temp 68-72f
Visibility 40-60ft
There was a plankton bloom going on at Gordo Banks when we were there and the visibility for the first 30ft was only around 10ft. Water conditions were nice with no real current. No sign of any Hammerheads unfortunately but we were surrounded by Bonito, Grouper, Snapper and we had a Manta with us at our safety stop!!

In the evening we also did a night dive out at Pelican Rock... Water temps were similar and the water was fairly clear. Lots of sleeping Parrotfish around a few Morays, Lobster shrimp and more!!

Happy Diving!!

Nice conditions today with very little current at either site. We saw large schools of Snapper, Jeweled Morays, a Sealion, Surgeonfish, Grouper and more!!!

Happy Diving!!

Been out at Gordo Banks for the last couple of days
Max Depth 130ft
Water Temp 68-72f
Visibility 50-60ft
Fantastic diving out at Gordo at the moment. Fairly strong currents but smooth surface conditions. We saw huge schools of Bonito, Tuna, Snapper, a Sealion, lots of large Rays, Grouper and More... This site really is an amazing place where anything can happen!!
Happy Diving!!

Dive Sites: North Wall and Los Morros
Max Depth 60ft
Water Temp 70-73f
Visibility 15-40ft
Visibility was a bit low along the Canyon wall yesterday so we headed down the corridor a bit to dive Los Morros for the second dive where the water was much clearer. Lots of Morays around, Grouper, Scorpionfish, Surgeonfish, Parrotfish, a couple of Cortez Rays and as a great treat after the second dive we had a Humpback come up about 15ft from the boat... All in all a great day of diving in Cabo!!!

Todays Sites: Santa Maria and Chileno
Max Depth 80ft
Water Temp 70-72f
Visibility 30-50ft
Beautiful dives today at both sites. We had several Humpbacks breaching about 50-100ft from the boat on the way out. Very little current at either site and we saw Octopus, Nudibranchs, Surgeonfish, Grouper, Snapper, lots of Parrotfish, Electric Rays, Cortez Round Stingrays and more!!!
Off out to Gordo Banks in the morning to look for Hammerheads!!

Sites: Gordo Banks and Palmilla
Max Depth 135ft
Water Temp 70-73f
Visibility 15-40ft
Had Whales jumping again on the surface throughout the day yesterday. Current was really ripping at Gordo Banks and we saw loads of Grouper, Snapper, Tuna, Bonito and a Sealion. Visibility here was around 40ft. After Gordo we decided to head over to Palmilla and the visibility there was patchy but it was still a fantastic dive. Its always packed with sealife there and reminds me of a flower garden. We saw Octopus, Lobsters, Electric Rays, a Green Turtle, Grouper, Snapper, Butterflyfish and lots more...I was sad to see the end of that dive!!
Happy Diving :)
