6/28 Navarre Pier
Went for a dive with a couple of salt-water virgins. They did well considering the crappy conditions. 10ft vis, significant surge, lots of jellies, but the stings were mild. Sealife was sparce. I had to carry an extra bc and tank across the beach for one of the divers, and while I'm sure the experience enhanced my maniliness to everyone watching, I can't recommend the activity.

7/3 Orange Beach
Dove Perdido Bridge rubble about 10 miles South of Perdido Pass. Vis was 10 from top to bottom. Nothing but whale snot. Saw a fat mantis shrimp, some legal snapper, two doormat flounder, spades, sheepies, butterflys, soaps. Salvaged a chum tube. Hit 70ft with a bottom temp of 71f

Neither dive was award-winning, but both were better than a day at the office :D
