It is 13 F degree (Feels like -3 F degree) with a light snow. I am packing to go out for a diving, but my GF told me, “I am nut and crazy psycho!”

Should I go or not? Am I really nut and crazy psycho? I have to decide within 30 min…..

Thanks in advance,

How is deciding whether you're a nut or not going to help?

:rofl3:

Well said, Mike !!!!

Go dive. Just take the proper precautions.

Remember, create no victims.

Safe dive . . . . . . . . .
. . . and safer ascent !

LOL~~~ Mike.

She is just driving out a SUV that is fully packed with my equipment.

I think there is "No" go today..... The water (44 F degree) is much warmer than an air temp.

Why does people think it is a crazy and nut thing to dive whatever air temp is?

I mean that an water is still warm.... (I think)... So sad......

I won't unpack an equipment and go out this Tuesday instead.... She needs a lesson that anything can't stop me...

One word . . . ignorance.

As we were once ingorant of the beauties of diving mid-winter, or even diving for that matter.

Ignorance is not to be spurned or mocked, but eliminated with understanding.

If it's that cold, there are a couple of options. If you are disgustingly wealthy, load up your submersible, and use the heater. If you fall into the more common category of divers, (ie; those who are not disgustingly wealthy), break out the dive videos, and a mug of hot chocolate.

Hey Hoosier,

Sounds like the water will be perfect if you warm it up 30-40 degrees!
