Looking for dive ops around San Juan PR, also has anyone used CARIBE AQUATIC ADVENTURES in San Juan. Will have a car so driving will not be a problem.

In San Juan use Ocean Sport...... Ask for Laslie or Carlos.

When are you coming down? It has been spooty due to the winds and rain. South part of the island is the best place to dive right now. We are heading to Ponce in the morning and them on to Guanica Sunday then back to work on monday here in SJ.

Jim is right with the east coast just depends on the winds.......

thinking of coming Mar 1 thru 4, was there last year at the same time BC, (before Cerification :crying: ) Stayed in Condado that side of the the island wasn't good for for diving then.

If you do not like a lot of flash there are a few spots to dive vic SJ but the northern exposure really makes it hard some times. Other than Escambrone I would not waste more time here. Get in the rental car and go to Guaynaca or Fajardo. If Fajardo is bad then Guaynaca usually is good. 1 hr to Fajardo and 1hr 45 to Guaynaca......

Hi, I'm a single diver traveling with my family. I'd like to get a good day of diving in on Saturday. I'm staying at the Ritz, so I know I'm going to need to travel either with Aqua Adventure to the Southwest side at Guanica or La Parguera. Or go with Casa del Mar and see the northeast coast. or any others you suggest!

Any one do either and can recommend who to use??

Thanks!

I went out with Casa del Mar in Fajardo over Christmas. They were great. Christmas 2010 I dove with West Divers in La Parguera. The were good too. I'd dive with either of them again. As Bhtmec said, Fajardo is closer, but take a look at the conditions. If its rough in Fajardo, it might be better in the southwest.
