If you're staying at Lions Dive the Sea Aquarium is next door. Mambo Beach Blvd. a few minutes away - shops/restaurants. .
Don't forget you can dive most of the beaches. Porto Mari is a nice locals beach but can be busy on the weekends There's a dive shop there so you could take minimal gear with you and rent what you need - also a small snack bar/restaurant. I would think the bus goes there, we saw people waiting at a bus stop nearby once.
Lagun further west is a nice beach but a more expensive ride. 2 dive operations plus a few picnic tables - the chairs are rentals. Bahia Grille is up on the cliffs on the west side and overlooks the cove.Seemed popular.
I believe there's also a restaurant at Varsenbaii plus Trnk Bay Divers. Decent beach with turtles just offshore in about 8'.
Your resort also has a decent small beach and a bar/grille on it.
We walked around downtown on our day off. Lots of shops interesting architecture and walk across the Swinging Bridge to the Rif Fort/Renasissance mall complex. The best casino on the island is also there.
You can hike at Christoffel Park further west but have a guaranteed way to get picked up - most cabs from town will be fairly expensive. The part of the park we saw had No facilities,
Jan Rhel Bay is another beach/tourist area, not sure all that's there as we just drove in there once.
There's also the Ostrich Farm inland but near Lions Dive. I think more for kids though, It's also on their restaurant menu.
Lastly - and expensive - Substation Curacao.
You night have a problem getting a cab to pick you up at some of the western locations as they are likely driving out from town. My friend was quoted $60 from Lagun to the airport several years ago.
Except for Rif Fort the others are mostly just there so don't go to one expecting a tour guide or much to see. We drove by one east several times b4 I realized what it was.
