I don't know what the Moderators are doing, but I've been trying to join that "group" for MONTHS. I'm a N.Y. native and Canadian Citizen (still a U.S. Citizen). But I'll say: Don't believe anything you read from N.Y or L.I. Divers Guide. Most of those places require a Blah lah blah "Town Permit" to park. What a kick in the A$$.

I have not been to every site listed but you can dive the following sites without paying for access.

Culloden, Ft Pond, Horton Pt, Montauk, OBI, Ponquogue, Shoreham and Throgs Neck.

Disregard Secret Beach it is no longer accessible.
