Immediate opening for the right candidate! Work on established local West Palm Beach area dive boat.
Primary responsibilities include:
Making sure guests have the best diving experience possible though excellent customer service and safety awareness.
General boat loading/unloading of tanks & guest gear
On board customer service
Safety Briefings
Dive site briefings
Lead dives, pointing out interesting features/critters
Keep an eye on guests
Assist guests back onto boat
In addition to typical boat duties, Dive Masters also typically assist in the office 1 day a week filling tanks and helping with other projects.
Actual schedule is based on trip bookings, typical DMs work 35-40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling available, but weekends are frequently required.
