For wreck diving, PADI recommends or requires a primary and secondary dive light. I have a Big Blue AL1200NP-II. Am looking for a back up to this that is not hand held and won't break the bank (<300.00). Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to ScubaBoard.
Personally, I use a pair of DGX600 lights, and they work great for me. They are quite similar to the Big Blue AL1200, available for $60 on their website. Or heck, if you live in Pompano Beach, you might want to just drop by and say hello. Not sure if they are allowing ppl inside due to covid-19, but if so, you could even bring in your Big Blue to compare side-by-side. I think you will find that they sell really good quality stuff at a great value.
But, they are hand-held, as are the vast majority of lights in this price range. Can you elaborate a bit on what you mean by "not hand held"?
