dive lake mojave

I am going to lake Mojave the first week of June 08 and heard of a bus in about 65ft of water at telephone cove. it is used for search and recovery training. on some maps i see three coves named telephone coves doe's anybody have any more info they can share with me. or do you know of any other good dive sites there. thank you for any help

Telephone Cove doesn't have any wrecks. It's a beach area with a very gradual slope to very shallow depths. I scootered the area and found lots of lost "treasure" - tables, chairs, etc. The bus is at Cabinsite Cove, as is the van and the outboard boat. No other decent shore diving sites on that side of Mohave that I know of.
