I'm a Fish!
Will be going to PR this spring and I am looking for some ideas on dives. I understand that there is a small island off the coast that is just great. Please send me ideas.
Thanks

One of the small islands is Culebra. The only dive op I know of there is Culebra Divers. www.culebradivers.com. Another place is Parguera, link to a dive op. is www.pargueradivers.com. There are many others, these are just 2 locations.

use the scubaboard search function. you will find lots more info that way.

You may have heard of Culebra or Vieques off the east coast, and Mona or Desecheo to the west.

Rex,

If you are looking for Tek dives, the west coast is the place to be. Culebras is fine but does not get deeper than 80ft. West side of Island you have Desecheo, Mona (for wall dives) pluss parguera for some nice reef and walls. If you are mixed gas certified ,the only two shops in the west for Trimix is West Divers and Pargera Divers. Both good operations out of Parguera. Good luck
