Yeah, the 5pm thing wasn't an issue for us. Just planned on passing one between 4 and 5 and grabbed tanks. If were there at 5, we grabbed 3 each, and dropped off when done for the night. We stayed at Hamlet though, so it was real easy.

We have used DFB twice and have been pleased. The parking at the yellow submarine location is not as close or convenient to the tanks as some of their other locations but it hasn't been too much trouble. At most other locations we could park right next to the tanks.

The 8-5 times are not a problem for us. We simply plan ahead (well, okay, she plans ahead and I follow her lead) and get tanks in the afternoon if we plan a night or early morning dive.

All in all, we have been very pleased with our dealings with them.
