I have booked a trip to the dive festival in curacao, May 27th- June 3rd and was wondering if anyone else was also planning on going? Could use a buddy if anyone is going.
Also was wondering about travel tips, and diving in this area. This is my first trip outside the U.S. and don't want it to turn out to be a nightmare. I'm staying at the Breezes in Willemstad, any info and help would be greatly appreciated. I believe my diving is included, since I have a all inclusive package. Any and all help for this trip is welcome. Thanx...

I would recommend you check on the diving with your travel agent. The all inclusive aspect that we had included one dive per day IF it was taken at the resort. Any dives off of the resort were a separate cost. We stayed at Breezes in January of this year and that was the arrangement.
 
Yup, that is Breezes policy. But you can add additional dives/packages at additional cost. I will recommend the Dive Bus as a great resource:http://www.the-dive-bus.com/ They have a pickup and drop off dive trip system. And are great people...
 
Thanks Ted for the Info. I did some checking on that and you were right the hotel only offers the shore dive. Who did you use for diving while you was there? So far I have found 2 serperate operators Ocean encounters, and The dive Bus. Thanks agin for the info.
