Dive fatality number in Cozumel?

In a number of posts I read about people stating that "down in Cozumel they lose about four divers a month" and such comments. Where are they getting these stats from?

Are these deaths from heart attacks? Current?

I love Cozumel and have made two wonderful trips there. And I'd keep going back and taking my family back. Just curious about where the info comes from.

Jerry, back a few years ago I visited Honduras, I was told that the majority of DCS hits there were local divers diving for lobsters for the tourists at the resorts. Perhaps a similar thing is happening in Cozumel.
