Here's my stick to your ribs pancakes.
Makes enough for 4 divers
1 box Jiffy blueberry, corn, or apple muffin mix
Follow directions on the box for pancakes and not muffins
Soak 1/2 cup oatmeal in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes
Mash 1 large banana
Put everything together in one bowl and pour onto hot griddle
If it's a little thick add a bit more water.
Pancakes are ready to turn after one side is full of bubbles (for all you people that love bubbles this is for you)
Serve hot with real Canadian Maple syrup and pork or turkey bacon.
Enjoy!
