Lake Travis - Mansfield Dam area

Water Temp - 55

Max Depth - 75'

Vis - 35 - 40 ft above 60 and maybe 5 ft below

Dive Time - 50 min

The visibility was incredible above 50ft, at one point I looked up and saw the boat dock and could clearly see the railing and lights on the pole and I was at 30ft, I dropped a fet more with no change. Just an amazing dive.

64* in Lagoon #1 great viz

Temp: same
Vis: 50-70'
Springflow: Call it 135cfs

Hit Deep Hole for about 20 minutes and moved on to Arch Site. 40 minutes later, it look like it should.

The hump between the site is VERY shallow. Get your bearings right and be super cautious of boats.

Private OW class using the TA this morning. Talked with Ron Coley after the dive. Apparently Ron is enjoying retirement and spending a lot of time in the Banana Republics down south.

Stillhouse Hollow Lake - 4-26-2014

Water temp at max depth - 70 degrees
Max depth - 25 ft
Time - 53 min
visability - 10 to 12 ft.

Began the dive on the marina side of the penninsula. Dropped down to 25 ft and swam following the shore incline to the point and returned. Plenty of fish activity. Very decent conditions for Stillhouse.

288 Lake, May 4th.

72 degrees down to 18 ffw. Viz 15-20'. Spotted a 3' carp near the hydrilla. Hadn't ever seen that there before.

Nice vis @ +25' til around 28ffw then it was a cloudy mess with close to 0 vis

Temps... 61° @ 30ffw and 58° @ 43ffw

Hurry up and get there before the place dries up! This north Texas drought is really having it's effect on Clear Springs..
