But I do have time to consider. One thing I do wonder: how many of you have lost or damaged the transmitter for your AI wrist computer?
I got my transmitter in 2013. It’s still working great. I take it off when I take my regs in for servicing, but apart from that, it stays with my reg.

Wrist is definitely faster. I had an AI console first. It was secured to my BC, so always in the same place, but even so getting it and reading it is much slower. I always know where my wrist is. Plus, if you carry something when diving, the console can be cumbersome on ascent.
 
Can’t lose it if it is attached. Also can’t get damage if you mount it like so, unless your trying to intentionally damage the transmitter.
