Use the computer, tables are backup and planning.

Altitude? well my GPS says about 100 ft most days but that may have been on the 4th floor of my office. Houston is almost at sea level.
The Aeris XR2 should have a 60' NDL of 57 minutes, assuming that you are <1000' altitude and don't have any N2 loading left over from a dive within the last 24 hours.

What does your computer show that you say "7 minutes less at 60' than the tables?"

57 minutes at 60' that you computer should be showing is within 3 minutes of the rather aggressive US Navy tables; and is more time than allowed by tables from PADI, DCIEM, and the various modified USN tables such as NAUI, SSI, and YMCA.

Other sea level NDLs you should be seeing include:

80' .... 31 minutes
70' .... 40 minutes
50' .... 80 or 81 minutes

If that's not what you are seeing, then your dive computer erroneously thinks you are 2000' or greater. See pages 44 and 95 of your manual: http://www.diveaeris.com/PDF/12-7195-r02.pdf
