I am not aware of any clubs per se, but the Southern Skin Divers have a dive trip nearly every week 9 months out of the year and have always been a good friendly group in my experience.
not really a dive club but a lot of the regulars at abwa get together and do trips on occasion, i know bamamedic wants to do a vortex trip in the next few weeks

I'm at ABWA at least every other weekend...feel free to PM me if you want someone to dive with locally.
Otherwise, if you're cave or cavern certified, I try to run out to Marianna once a month or so.

Southern Skins Divers Supply isn't a dive club, but acts a lot like one. Great trips.
