Dive Charters off Savannah, GA?

Hello, I'm trying to find anyone who does dive or spear fishing trips off of Savannah, GA. And for a respectable price. I am not able to find anyone through the only two dives shops in the area.

Help?

I beleive (could be wrong) but Georgia Offshore (www.scubamarket.com) will start running them again sometime this spring. Other than that, there really isn't anything around here. I've heard rumors of one in Hilton Head, and I know there's one off of St. Simon's (but I don't remember who it is) and then there's a regular charter out of Jacksonville, FL....I'll have to see if I can find the link on my other computer.

St Simon's might work but Jacksonville might be a little further than he's willing to travel since we're already driving 12 hours to get there but we'll see.

The only here in the area is Ga. offshore and they run about $125 a trip. Last time I checked there is not one in HH any more.

I've herd good thing's bout the one in Jax. I might try them out this year myself.

No one is this area anymore that I really like. I have used Atlantic Pro before though. Really nice people, I think they have a couple locations in J-Ville...

Hey Guys! I am a new diver here in Savannah. I am diving off JAX with Atlantic PRO Sunday the 15th! I have heard there are interesting dives off of SAV but they are about 15-20miles off shore due to vis. I was told baracuda school in huge numbers too. If anyone wants to come Sunday, just call Atlantic PRO and give them your information. If anyone wants a dive buddy, send me a pm!

SSI (St. Simons Island) - "Island Dive Center" - they have very limited hours but I copied it down for my own reference. So here is their business hour:

Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm
Saturday 11am to 2pm
Sunday Closed

Island Dive Center will take divers to Gray's Reef - that's one thing I know for sure.
