Does anyone have any suggestions (Through their own personal experience of using it) of a decent dive centre management app? It must be Mac compatible, or cloud based. Windows software isn't an option.
Currently it's a struggle to keep on top of things with our current system, primarily by using various Google Apps and a few others, integrated via Zapier.
Most of our bookings, around 90% I guess, we take online. 10% are walk-in customers.
The system I'm hoping for will ideally cover areas including...

The system I'm hoping for will ideally cover areas including...
- Online bookings - When customers are ready to book, we send a form, they complete, and their booking info then is saved in the system and scheduled accordingly.
- Boat space scheduling - We use several different boats with different destinations, so need to schedule space, as well as dive staff accordingly.
- As well as having a standalone calendar for the above, it would also be an advantage if can be synced with Google calendar.
- Dive staff resource scheduling - We're quite busy, and need to ensure we don't overbook for the staff we have available.
- Customer payments - Need to track status of bookings, when paid etc.
- Dive equipment inventory - We need to track our dive equipment when it's out with divers. Also need to keep service records of equipment.
- Accounts - Okay, so this might be too much to ask, and the system we have for this right now is okay, but, if it also has a good system for general day to day accounts, invoices, staff wages etc, then great.
