Finding dive partners is something we all have to do. You have to do your fishing where the fish are. . .
If you can visit some of the popular dive destinations like Cozumel, Bonair or some of the other locations with lots of divers.
Another choice, book some trips with live aboard boats. Also, visit local dive shops to meet other divers. Good luck!
