Dive buddy 4/30 - 5/6???

Hey all,

Wife and I will be in San Diego that week and we are looking to do some shore dives. Wife is still a newbie so nothing too tough.

Any info/suggestions/help will be appreciated!

A really really good source for this info is the DiveSpots page for CADIVINGNEWS site.

Some posts are a few years old so you may double check any potential beach site using its name and the web for any newer data available.

I have only been wreck diving off San Diego's coast otherwise I might have more personal input for you

WOW. Thanks for the info on this other site. I was trying to help, but just happened to check it out now and realize you've helped me more...I will certainly be using it from now on.

(619) 221-8824 is the San Diego Beach Report, they will give dive conditions at La Jolla Cove & La Jolla Shores. Definately do the Cove is the vis is decent, it's not to deep, ( 20-30 feet) and has a ton of life to see. The Shores is a longer swim to get out to the drop off, but usually has better vis.
