You will probably have to do this yourself. What I suggest is go to Info Bonaire - The Bonaire Information Site - The Most Current and Up-To-Date Information where it will list dive operators and rental vehicles.

We've stayed in a private residence before and prebooked our dive pkg. with Buddy Dive and our truck through Telerin (Poppy is great). Worked out perfectly! Actually, even when we didn't stay in a private residence, we've used both for all four of our trips. We'll be doing the same for our trip this December.
