I'm much more interested in your recipie for the IPA.

I'll trade you samples of my world famous, 20 years in the perfecting "Hepatic Challenge (insert~ picture of 12 meter sailboats in a full blow~ here) American Ale" for samples of your IPA.

Hmmmm. Sounds like a "dive and brew" session in the making. My brew kettle has been sittling idle all winter.
 
i had a incadent a few months ago wherei had a carboy shatter with abeer that was sitting for 6 weeks.....
i havent brewed one sence, but my stock is running low so i need to get back on it soon....
mabye ill take a day next week and brew up 2 or 3 batches of various beers
 
So I was asking my boss at work today if he had a good quahog recipe..... well he just came back from his lunch break and dumped a load of ingredients on my desk. I asked if I owed him anything for it he told me "I expect to be paid in chowder and stuffies". :D

Water was wet. wind was blowing, and the sun was in and out, but clams we did get.

and guess what im eating.

Stuffies, clam chowda, and clam cakes... with a pint of my finest double IPA

What is a "stuffy"? I am picturing ... never mind, you don't want to know. :D

Hahahahahaha.. i think.. nevermind...

the things on the left of the chowda are stuffies.
theres various recipies for them.. basically ya boil or steam the cams open.. chop up the meat. (i used a food processor) and make up some kinda stuffing... i used garlic onions with churrico and seasoned bread crumbs.... mix in with the clams and it makes a stuffing.. mound some of the larger clam shells up with that stuffing. top of with a garlic butter spread amd some cheese, with a little crushed red pepper.. wrap in foil, and bake in over for about 20 minn.....
