Ah good catch Jigo, I forgot about Tagbilaran (Bohol airport). Actually that is what I did on my trip. Flew into Tagbilaran (Bohol), did Alona, take ferry down to Dumaguete. I then took the ferry back Cebu and up to Malapascua leg and flew out of Cebu back to Manila.

BTW the ferries between Dumaguete and Cebu City stop in Tagbilaran (bohol).
