Well gang, sounds as though I need to learn how to breath all over again. Nice, slow, deep breaths with equally deep exhalations.

Does Nitrox help with CO2 issues?

Nope on the Nitrox question. Just remember that you expel CO2 when you exhale. So making sure you have a full exhalation is the main thing. Think yoga breathing.
 
No. More O2 as is present in Nirox would not help you clear CO2 more effectively if your breathing pattern was shallow and rapid.

For what it's worth, I use the scopolomine patch and find it highly effective in preventing seasickness both on and off the boat.
