The next to last brick and mortar class I had in Algebra would induce panic attacks that felt like heart attacks.... The last brick and mortar class I FINALLY after 25 years (going back to jr high school) found an instructor that took the anxiety away.... but throw me back into a class that was a bit stressful and pile on math that was not explained (other than a sheet with an example) and my stress level sorta went through the roof.
