I'm not sure if disorders is the right word but...

Anybody here who has seen the movie 'The abyss' (I am assuming nobody)...

Remember the head Navy Seal that goes down to the rig, and his hands start shaking... What is that caused by, and what is it called?
 
In the movie, it's referred to as, IIRC, HPNS, or high pressure nervous/neurological syndrome, supposedly caused by exposure to gases such as helium at high pressures. Someone else can fill you in on the reality of it.
