travel time is about 4 hours . partly becuase ocean jet stops in Tagbilaran first to discharge and load pax. Althogh Cebu Pacific may sound faster please consider the 2 hour before departure time and the very limite baggae allowance ( i think its only 10 kilos) there is no such charge in Ocean jet plus you arrive in Dumagute city vs airport. only a thought to consider

also btw ,although JG Summit is not directly invloved in mining, the chairman John Sr is one of the founding directorles of Philex Mining
