What position are your hands at? They need to be extended in front of you, moving them back to your hips/waist will cause you to go head down if you are trimmed right.

Having my arms in front of me or at my side did not seem to cause any body position change once I moved my weights around. I practiced with them at both my side and out in front of me.

I did notice the back arching thing and tried to do that and it helped. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be doing that or not. And as far as arching my back, I am not really sure I had the right posture.

As soon as I can get in the water with some DIR folks, I am going to have them take a look at me and tell me what I am doing and not doing. Hopefully as the weather warms and I go to the ramp to dive I can keep a sharp eye out for some folks and see if they will let me join the group.
