I saw that the D6 DIN-Yoke adapters are out of stock on the website.

I just updated the available quantity, there are a couple still available. It may take an hour before it updates the stock status.

Not all din yoke adapters are created equal.

The dimensions of the bearing surface vary.

We had an incident where an inexpensive adapter would not properly seat on many standard k valves in Bonaire. Apparently, the bearing surface of the adapter was a little bit too wide to seat properly. I loaned out one of my adapters and the leaks stopped. I use Xsscuba stainless adapters.

This problem did not manifest itself at home, perhaps because we do not use standard k valves, but rather the convertible valves with the din insert. So the fact that an adapter works on a given type of tank does not mean that it will work on all tank valves.
